We now offer a fully online virtual service. Add us an advisor to your Xero subscription and work with us via email, telephone, MS Teams or Zoom. If you prefer to meet in person, we have appointments available in our Canterbury office.
ABOUT OUR COMPANY
JLSN Limited was incorporated in 2011, initially providing financial and business analysis consulting services to the corporate sector.
Our director Jonathon Gray obtained his Practising Certificate from the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants in 2014 enabling us to extend our services into public practice accountancy work.
JLSN Accountants is the trading name of JLSN Limited, company number 07864207 registered in England, United Kingdom. Our registered address is 27 Castle Street, Canterbury, Kent, CT1 2PX.
OUR TEAM
Jonathon Gray, Director
Jon qualified as a Chartered Management Accountant (CIMA) in 2002.
He graduated with a Masters in Chemistry from Oxford University in 1997, after which he began his early career in management and financial accounting. This evolved to incorporate business analysis and project management.
His employers have included two international investment banks, a FTSE 250 inter-dealer broker and a small commodity trading company.
He set up JLSN Limited in 2011 to provide private consulting work.
When Jonathon obtained his Practising Certificate in 2014 he expanded the business to offer accounting services to small businesses.
Lorraine Gray, Accountant
Lorraine is an experienced financial services professional, qualified accountant (FCCA) and Bachelor of Business Studies graduate.
In London she worked at VP level in the middle office of two international investment banks and also in fund management compliance for a FTSE100 insurance company.
She now supports owner-managed businesses across sectors at JLSN Accountants, from start-up to maturity and exit stage.
She has comprehensive experience in management accounting, business analysis, financial reporting and small business accounting and tax services.
Voluntary roles she has held include working for local community charities as a trustee, treasurer and financial scrutineer.
